The International Exhibition of Agro-Industry Technologies and Equipment (SIAGRO) will hold its 15th edition from April 9 to 11, 2026, at the Diamniadio Exhibition Center. This major event positions itself as one of the most important economic gatherings for the agro-industrial sector in West Africa.Organized by Sencomane and AMET Trade Senegal, SIAGRO 2026 once again aims to serve as a key regional platform bringing together professionals from the agro-food industry and related sectors across West and Central Africa, along with investors, buyers, and service providers.Agriculture and agro-industries are among the priority pillars of Senegal Vision 2050, an ambitious economic development model designed to transform Senegal into an emerging country by 2050. In this context, SIAGRO receives support from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce as well as the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Sovereignty.Through its objectives, SIAGRO 2026 seeks to position itself as a leading player in regional and international agro-industrial markets in West Africa. It aims to contribute to optimizing local production development, mobilizing capital through structured financing mechanisms, and strengthening the competitiveness of agricultural value chains. The exhibition also intends to serve as a catalyst for integrated rural development and the establishment of strategic partnerships through targeted investments, microfinance solutions, and innovative financial instruments. Special emphasis will be placed on energy transition and sustainability by encouraging the adoption of biofuels and renewable energy technologies in support of climate-resilient agriculture.SIAGRO 2026 will offer several participation options: sponsorship, exhibition, or attendance as a delegate. Companies, institutions, and innovators will have the opportunity to showcase their products, services, or technologies, and to organize thematic workshops. A dedicated team will assist participants with logistical and technical arrangements.Located just 30 minutes from downtown Dakar, the Diamniadio Exhibition Center features more than 20,000 square meters of exhibition space, spread across six halls ranging from 1,400 to 4,500 square meters, providing a modern setting well suited for international business meetings.During the 2024 edition, SIAGRO hosted 110 exhibitors, welcomed participants from 11 countries, and facilitated the signing of more than ten contracts, confirming its role as a catalyst for economic opportunities. The exhibition brings together a wide range of stakeholders and sectors, including agriculture, livestock, fertilizers, financial and technological solutions, greenhouse techniques, agricultural machinery and equipment, horticulture, irrigation, plant nutrition, processing of cereals, fruits, vegetables and dairy products, packaging, refrigeration, preservation, seeds, and storage. From April 9 to 11, 2026, Dakar will thus become a regional hub for agro-industry and industrialization—an arena for collaboration aimed at advancing sustainable food and industrial sovereignty.
